  1. No General Returns We do not accept general returns or exchanges if you change your mind, miscalculate sizes, or no longer want the products. All sales are final.

  2. Damages and Shortages Policy If your order arrives broken, cracked, or damaged due to courier transit handling, we will completely compensate you. To process a damage claim, you must fulfill our mandatory verification requirement below.

  3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement To protect against fraudulent claims, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

  • How to record: You must start recording before opening the outer courier box tape. The video must clearly show the shipping label, the opening of the package, and the exact state of the damaged items in a single, unbroken shot.

  • Please note: Failure to provide a clear, continuous unboxing video will unfortunately mean we cannot accept your damage claim.

  1. Compensation Options Once your unboxing video is verified by our team, we will happily resolve the issue using one of the following methods:

  • Next-Order Compensation (Preferred): We will send a fresh replacement of the damaged items or apply an equivalent credit adjustment directly onto your very next order.

  • Direct Refund: If you do not plan on ordering from our store in the future, we will process a direct monetary refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
