  • Handmade & Natural Variations: Many of our products (including wooden bowls, coconut shells, and specific craft bases) are naturally sourced or handcrafted. Minor variations in grain, color, size, texture, and shape are normal characteristics of these items and do not constitute product defects.

  • Wholesale & Bulk Orders: We cater heavily to makers and small businesses. Bulk inquiries can be coordinated directly via our support channels, but all standard online transactions are bound by the pricing displayed at checkout.

3. Accuracy of Pricing and Billing

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping and Delivery Liability

  • All orders are shipped via third-party courier services from our fulfillment facilities.

  • While we make every effort to fulfill orders within the estimated 5–7 business days transit window, delivery times are subject to courier schedules and regional transit delays.

  • Once a package is handed over to our shipping partners, the risk of transit delay passes to the logistics provider. For damaged packages or broken fragile items, please refer directly to our Return and Refund Policy regarding our mandatory unboxing video guidelines.

5. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

  • We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.
